## Project Status Page & Status Board View

#### The Project Status Page

The Project Status page can be found under Projects in the left menu. This page allows you to view, edit, and manage all your current open and closed projects in one place.

- You can access the [Project Info Modal](https://functionfox.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GS/pages/39323343) by clicking on the project name within the table.
- You can in-line **edit** select fields for by clicking on the field that you want to update.
- You can use the powerful filters or search field to refine the list of projects or to locate specific projects. You can filter projects by Client, Project Manager, Status, or Project Type.
- Click on the **table settings** (3 bars) to show/hide table columns such as Project Scope, Expenses, Files, and Retainers.

#### The Project Status Board

The Project Status Board can be found under Projects in the left menu. This view gives you the flexibility to manage your Projects in a way that suits you best, with the same filtering options found on the Project Status page, and the added ability to place your projects into different groupings:

- Project Status
- Project Type
- Project Manager

The columns are arranged in alphabetical order within your selected group (if status is selected as the column type it will first order by open/closed status types and then alphabetical), with projects in each column arranged by due date.

**Project Item Details**

1. Project Name Header
2. Project Details:
  - Client
  - Project Name
  - Current Status
  - Project Type
  - Start & Due Dates
3. Click the file icon to access Files attached to the project.
4. Click comment bubble to view [Comments](https://functionfox.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GS/pages/39325065) made against the project (FunctionFox Premier & In-House subscriptions only).
5. Click the info icon to access the Project Info modal (visible on hover). This will allow you to view and edit all project details.
6. Project Manager icon/initials.

You can click on any of the project item details to open the Project Info modal. This will allow you to view and edit all project details.

#### Board Features

- **Hide Columns:** Based on your selected column grouping, you can choose to hide/show specific columns.
- **Filters:** You can filter by Clients, Projects, Project Manager, Status and Project Type. The filters will apply to all projects visible on the board.
- **Drag & Drop Updates: **Click and drag a project on the board to reassign it based on your chosen column type. For example, if Column Type: Status is selected, you can click and drag a project to quickly move it from one status to another.
