2. Select ‘Customizable Reports’ under the report Categories filter.
3. Select the data source. The data source is indicated in the report name (e.g. Timesheets - Customizable).

6. When you are done customizing your report click **Run and Save** to save these settings and produce the report. If you want to make changes to the report settings after you’ve clicked Run, click the Close/Back button at the bottom of the report, make your changes, and then Run and Save again. If you want to start from the default settings for the report, click on the **Reset** button. **Note:** Once a report has been reset back to the default settings, this cannot be undone.

#### Other Features

- **Renaming Reports:** You can rename a report before or after running the report. To rename your report, click on the report name in the header at the top of the page. Once you’ve run the report, it will appear on the My Reports page as: New Report Name (Default Report Name - Customizable). Learn more about report renaming and creating new report templates on the [My Reports](https://functionfox.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GS/pages/39323888) page.
- **Lock Fields**: When sharing reports with other users (see the My Reports page for more details), you may want to lock specific fields from being changed. You can click on the visibility eye icon next to a field (shown on hover) to change it to a padlock. This can be done from the report settings page.
- **Filtering Text fields: **There are several ways to filter results for text fields:
  - Enter in a list of words separated by a comma (e.g. Design,Development,Creative).
  - Use the "%" wild card to show similar words
    - **%value%:** Will include results that contain the value entered between the percents (e.g. %design% would return results Junior Design, Design-Senior, etc.)
    - **%value:** Will include results that end with the value entered after the percent (e.g. %design would return Junior-Design and Senior-Design but not Design-Proof or Designer).
    - **value%:** Will include results that begin with the value entered before the percent (e.g. design% would return Design-Proof and Designer but not Junior-Design).
  - Exclude words or patterns by putting a '-' before it (e.g. %design%,-design would return any word containing design but would exclude the word exactly matching design)

#### Additional Notes

- **GTE:** Greater than or equal to.
- **LTE:** Less than or equal to.
- **PT:** Pacific Time
- **Aggregate Values:** Some of the fields under the Show Fields drop-down menu are shaded in grey (under Available) and will turn to blue (under Selected). This indicates aggregate values, where you cannot apply a further subtotal below these fields.
